Today I went researching vinyl flooring for my bathroom. Yes. Very exciting.
This intstragrammed vinyl flooring pic on the other hand did get me genuinely excited. It’s given me an idea for a screen print.
The pattern of dots also made me think about this song about repetition. Then that made me think of this other song that features an awful lot of repetition (check it out if you have 8 minutes 32 seconds to spare).
It’s interesting where something as mundane as vinyl flooring can lead you.

Tonight I went to the Creative Bubble networking event at West Yorkshire Print Workshop.
Was well worth going… met lots of interesting people, and saw some fantastic work.
